Cosplayer Joanna is a cosplayer/model new to cosplay but already gaining popularity in the scene with her friends Cosplayer Blanche and Cosplayer Chyn. She recently participated in Cosplay Fever 2010 with her Cosplay Sisters and she wore a wig, nice! Don't forget to wear your wig Cosplayer Joanna! :)

Joanna Marcelo is very creative at 13 and was Born in Paranaque, Philippines. Some people ask her if she has a foreign blood which she always says both of her parents are Filipinos. She hasn’t tried to compete yet, but she's hoping to compete as well someday. At the time being, she's asking questions regarding the costume making and the props.
She previously attended some major cosplay events namely, Otaku Expo Reload, Cosplay Manila X, Level up World Trade and UP Ame Track 10. "You see I am still new but I love Cosplay and dressing up, It is lots of fun and meeting all the people" she adds.

Her parents are very supported on her needs and hobbies for as long as she will not forget her studies. For now, she's a full scholar of Ballet Philippines and taking up Violin and Guitar lessons at Yamaha. She also into Gymnastics but because of the schedule at CCP she has to stop for a while but still planning to go back by January. Cosplayers are so talented and bright!
Cosplayer Joanna is also a model of Total Girl Magazine and currently active in the cosplay scene. She can dance too! "My parents are allowing me because I still have good grades and until last year when I graduated grade 6 I got medal as well academics and best in thesis" she said.
